SO, yeah, I drew this like 3 weeks ago and never got to colouring it because I hadn't done the bg yet. When I got my new scanner I decided I'd just do the bg digitally. I wanted the background to be very monotone and cartoony so that the characters stood out more.
What I like about this pic is that it kinda looks like 3D cellshading from far.
Whenever I look at Tucker it reminds me of that episode "Fanning The Flames" where he was crazy about Ember and kept singing her songs really badly XD Hence I gave Sam a kind of wincing look.
Yeah, you've all noticed, I love doing pics like this when characters are just chilling out or messing around.
Before anyone tells me that the BG lineart is out of sync, uh yeah, INTENTIONAL MUCH!
